Encouragement Sparks Change
Transformation isn’t always loud. Sometimes it starts with a single comment from someone who sees your potential.
When I first met Liz, she sent me a note with the lyrics to “Unstoppable” by Sia and it hit me right in the heart. That small act of encouragement reminded me I was ready.
