Take A Moment and Think

Take A Moment and Think

I want you to take a moment and think about the lives that you impact every single day through the work that you do.

I want you to take a moment and think about the memories that have been created because of the items that families have used from your store.

I want you to take a moment and think about the big happy smiles that birthday boys and girls, birthday moms and dads, birthday men and women have grinned because of the gifts that someone that loved them got from your store.

I want you to take a moment and think about the huge hugs that have been shared because of merchandise purchased as a gift overflowing of gratitude and happiness that the recipient of one of your carefully chosen items gave.

I want you to take a moment and think about the beautiful looks and kind thoughts that a ‘getter’ of an item from your store has bestowed on the ‘giver’ of the item from your store.

I want you to take a moment and think about the “Please forgive me – I am a jerk” gift from your store that softened someone’s heart.

I want you to take a moment and thing about the good news that was shared through an item in your store – like the gift of a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal surprising a family with a trip to Disney World.

I want you to take a moment and think about the confidence you gave someone when they wore that fabulous outfit that you helped style for them.

I want you to take a moment and think about the opportunity that you gave somebody to share their love with another through a purchase of a perfect gift from your store.

Think about the lives impacted, memories created, smiles smiled, hugs shared, looks bestowed, hearts softened, news shared, confidence given, love flowed …. All because you opened your store.

Thank you from all those people! I know how hard it is to stop and hear that. And from time to time we all struggle but I am here to remind you today of why you do what you do.

It makes a difference in the life of a person.

Sending you grace and joy today!
Happy Retailing…really 🙂

Love,
Cathy Wagner
