What is YOURS?

I can’t stop thinking about the success of Clare’s volleyball team.  And how much of it applies to your store.  Determine what your sales goal is through the end of the year right now.

Write it down. 

Use a bright piece of paper and put it in a spot where you will see it.

Next think about what you will do to reward yourself and your team for your efforts.

Write it down.

When a goal is clearly visualized and written down, it becomes easier to achieve.  It is there reminding you of what you are aiming for.  And during difficult, tense times, you can point to it to remember what you are working towards!
